Isabela is a single mother who lives in the poorest area in one of the communities in the suburbs of Puerto Plata, is extremely artistic and earns small income selling items she creates. One of the photos shows a table formed by two old discarded tires covered with colorful cloth. She is presently attending one of the local universities to obtain a teaching degree.
